Ladies, what are your favorite color of pantyhose and stockings to wear? And do you notice that guys like them on you? Do you get compliments when wearing them and how old are you if you don't mind me asking? I prefer women wearing them as opposed to going bear legged and notice that younger women don't seem to wear them, but the more mature women do. | | I like black best. But, I also wear nude, suntan, and off white. | Need help with my son wearing my pantyhose? Over the last few months, I have noticed that my pantyhose are sometimes moved around in the drawer and have also noticed snags and runs that I don't remember. While cleaning my son's room today (age 15), I stumbled across three pairs of pantyhose that were hidden, one of which was mine. I have struggled with whether to talk to him about it, or just hope that it is a curious phase that goes away as he matures. Has anyone had similar issues? How did you handle it? | Clothes don't make the person. When I was 15, the issue was men wearing earrings! That sounds silly now, doesn't it? It doesn't indicate a thing about his sexual orientation, or mental state. At 15, everything is a bit hormonal and sexualized and very new. Curiosity and experimentation is how humans learn. On top of that, there are a number of major European and American companies that make pantyhose and tights for men. So, I wouldn't make a big deal out of the pantyhose issue one way or the other.
He shouldn't be sneaking around behind your back, that's the issue I would address. Because he is hiding the behavior, he obviously feels he's doing something a bit "naughty" which may add to the excitement of the whole thing or he fears your reaction, or both.
Actually the pantyhose thing among young males is not all that uncommon. I'll bet that if guys were honest, more than half have tried on a pair. Don't focus on the pantyhose, focus on the deceptive behavior.
If he really wants to wear some, get him some of the ones made for men. | Do women enjoy wearing nylons/pantyhose to be more alluring? I'm curious. I find the look of a woman in hosiery very appealing and believe they add to her allure. As NE IL person, I guess I'm curious about whether there are any mature woman from IL who enjoy wearing them, and are willing to share their thoughts. | | I'm just 22, but I enjoy wearing hosiery. It looks more classy and feminine. | Bare legged vs pantyhose? I prefer women wear pantyhose, they look sexier and more mature, Women going to work in a major office without any kind of pantyhose or stocking should be send home, it's UNPROFESSIONAL and a turn off. | | I say pantyhose looks sexy on a young lady, unfortunately women have a skewed view as to what looks good these days. Some women will parrot that bare legs is sexy, but the proof is in the observer. What I have witnessed is that most women do not tan their legs. Some don't shave, and most (unless you 18 yrs.old ) can't pull the bare legged look. Most could use pantyhose to enhance what they have. What I have been a witnessed to is women who look like they got dressed in a hurry and forgot their hose.It just looks unkept. The ones that complain about pantyhose being itchy, uncomfortable, etc.,is due to that fact that they always gravitate to those .099 cent hose. You get what you paid for.I personally think women have become lazy about their appearance.I don't know if anyone has noticed, but it seems that their are more and more woman in hollywood wearing pantyhose with their outfits.A nice touch. It adds a bit of sexiness to their wordrobe. | For mature women only.? Do mature women in general like wearing pantyhose to get attention from males. If so, do you like the attention it brings you, and how much flirting do you do then. When you know what turn s on a guy?? | | I wear pantyhose because I like the way it feels, I feel sexy in them. If I know it turns a guy on, I feel even sexier. If I guy gets turned on by me wearing panythose then I will make sure he sees as much as my legs as possible. | What is your definition of 'mature' 'classy' style? for teen girls? first of all, nothing like hollister,or a&f.
i would say a pea coat, a vintage dress with a belt, black pantyhose, and boots/flats. not uggs. chunky jewelry. . uhh.. im not really sure. which is why im asking:P | I tend to agree with you. I'm seventeen, and I always try to be classy. Teehee.
I wear all of those things, actually. I have an amazing pea coat from H&M which looks far more expensive than it actually was, lots of dresses, which I wear with belts and opaque tights (if it's cold out.) I also have a lot of dark-wash jeans and vintage-style shirts. Depending on your complexion, you can also do a lot with makeup to make yourself look "classy." Since I'm pale with black hair, instead of tanning and lightening my hair to look like everyone else, I embrace the old-fashioned look, wearing my hair short and curly and playing up the contrast with bold lip colors (why does no one wear lipstick anymore?? Matte red lips go AMAZINGLY with this style, Revlon just came out with a lipstick like that!!) As for jewelry, you can always go with minimalist pieces, but if you want to add a little more... sparkliness, you can wear just a few big pieces, like bangles or rings or big earrings. By big earrings I probably mean chandelier, hoops tend to look too... well... you know. There are always pearls, too.
Oh, and SCARVES. Scarves make you look artsy and sophisticated. =) | Who stilll prefers to wear tights, stockings, and pantyhose over leggings? I know that most people are over the moon with leggings (Now that they're "IN"), but I feel that nylons give a more feminine and mature womanly feel with a skirt or dress, rather than wearing thick, always opaque and usually only black leggings. Leggings are nice, and can be a much cuter look than wearing pants, but are not classy or as sexy as wearing super soft pantyhose! Sheer nude pantyhose I still feel will get more attention than wearing leggings and definitely more attention than even a fine pair of bare legs. | | I like all of them, so for me it really depends on what style outfit I'm wearing, how everything looks together, and the occasion... whether I'm going for a dressy look or casual look. For example, I think tights/pantyhose or stockings usually look best with dresses. With casual skirts, depending on the occasion, I think either tights/pantyhose/stockings or leggings almost always look fine. With a long top or a longish cardigan I usually wear leggings. :-) | I'm 16 and I don't feel like any girl my age is mature enough for me. Do I have any basis to say that? Why do I feel as though the girls in my school aren't mature enough for me? They are naturally more mature than I am and that's a scientific fact - I am not an exception to this, no matter what I say to myself. I mean, I like to think I'm more mature than the average guy my age - I'm not the type to undress girls with my eyes, or to stare flatly at their breasts, or anything (though I do have a bit of a pantyhose fetish). I'm very timid - I don't make a complete fool of myself and I seldom speak as part of a crowd. I feel as though I take things seriously, and I don't pin everything that goes wrong on somebody else - that's irresponsible. But on the other hand, there are times when I won't accept the consequences for my actions and I'd attempt to negotiate my way out of things. I am also the type to avoid going out on family outings on account of the fact that I don't trust my father or my sister not to embarrass me (I do trust my mother not to, but only to a certain extent). So I feel I am overall at the average level of maturity for a 16 year old male - no more, no less.
So why is it that I view 16 year old girls as immature? I find they're generally very judgmental, over-the-top emotionally charged, and thrive on gossip. I don't really want to date them just yet, because I don't feel as though I want somebody like that. I'm thinking on waiting until university. Do you think girls feel the same way about me? | | Why don't you date a girl that's a grade above yours? Or do you consider them too immature for you also? I think maybe it's more about the fact that you could be shy and this whole immaturity act is just a way to convince yourself that it's okay to not pursue someone or put yourself out there until your in College. Come on dude I find it really hard to believe that there's no girl at 16 that your not crushing on. Unless your gay I find this hard to believe. | Ladies...important question (mature answers please)? has a goat ever eaten your shoes?? or pantyhose??? | It happened once with a pair of shoes...pantyhose?, only eager partners..lol
Chastity, that was a very lucky and smart goat...have to admit that after reading your answer , for the first time in my life, I felt envy about a goat | Mature women only please. 10 points for honesty? How does a guy give a women a compliment abou the pantyhose that she is wearing, without coming off as being weird? Any honest advice will help, thanks. | | I would say something to the effect of "Wow, your legs look great. You're wearing pantyhose? Man, I couldn't even tell, you just look so naturally beautiful!" |
