Smooth shave? how do you get a smooth shave without the bumps down on your no no spot, do you have to get it waxed? or is there another way? |
| There is a hair remover called Magic, you can get it in the ethnic section at Walmart. No bumps with that! |
Smooth Shave? I have an average beard. I recently switched to a manual razor (Gillette Fusion, which i really like). After I shave, my face feels smooth with the grain, but still a little rough against the grain. I shave with the grain. Is this normal? Is it true that to get a completely smooth face i need to shave against the grain? |
| I do it with the grain first then aganist it... |
How to get a smooth, closer shave on the bikini area? Okay so recently my boyfriend has told me that he would prefer me to shave completely 'down there'. I normaly shave but only partly I have never really shaved everything. I have recently tried shaving it all completely but every time i do i never seem to get a close smooth shave? I also tend to get many small nicks from the razor when i shave. Any help on how to get a smoother shave would be very appreciated :) ! |
The first person that answered is right, also it could be that you're using the same razor for too long.
I use veet and nair. I stay without hair for a long time and when it grows back the hair is softer. A lot of people complain about the smell and that it burns. I use non scented and there is no smell..at least to me. As for it burning, it shouldn't if you're using it right. |
How do i get a smooth shave when i shave my vagina? Everyone on the internet has told me to shave down, but when i do that i don't get all the hair..
so how do i get a smooth shave without cutting myself or getting razor burn?
me and my boyfriend are planning on doing stuff and id feel alot more comfortable if im shaved nicely, with no red bumps or cuts.
plus i don't wanna wax!
please help, thanks (: |
well, first i would suggest trying NAIR, or something similar
but from MY personal experience [today actually], nair didn't really work for me "down there"
so i just suggest using a little soap or shaving cream and shaving normally. you can buy that "no razor burn" gel and use it afterwards. you shouldn't really have much of a problem
good luck:] |
How do i get a smooth shave when shaveing my privet area? When i shave down there it is kinda stubelly how can i make it soft and smooth? |
| Try any one of the hundreds of the hair removal creams. They are usually safer, cleaner and easier for the results you seem to want. |
What are some good shaving gels that help you get a clean smooth shave ? I want to experiment because what I`m using right now isn`t really working . So whats your favorite and helps you get a good smooth shave ?
Also it must be available in New Zealand because that`s where I live (:
Thanks . |
| I like the skintimate shaving gels is very good and it leaves my legs soft touchable. |
How can i get a smooth shave on my legs? my bf is the "rubbing" stroking type."
he rubs my legs/knees alot.
how can i make sure i always have a smooth shave? |
exfoliate with a loofah (the puffy, spongey things)
it's good to use a body wash with the little beads too :]
okay now after you exfoliate, rinse it off.
rub some shaving cream on both legs.
rinse the razor (this can also make a difference on how smooth your legs come out) and shave upwards. rinse it after every shave :D
i shave in a bunch of directions though... haha weird but it works.
after ward moisturize with a good lotion every night and morning :]
good luck! |
Trouble getting smooth shave on jaw line? I have tried both manual razors and an electric razor. It's especially difficult for me (and probably everyone else) to get a smooth shave in the curvy areas like the jaw line and the jaw joint area. Usually I have to put more pressure and stretch my skin to get a an OK shave there (I could still feel the hair bumps there when I run my hand though). Any tips for shaving those difficult areas? |
Maybe going to a barber?
Good Luckk |
Why is all shave creams and gels dontwork for a hydrated smooth shave but Dove soap does? I mean soap is supposed to be the one thing people stop using if they have dry sensitive skin... but soap ( Dove Sensitive) Soap Bar works best for a hyrdrated smooth shave shwy is that? |
| I don't know, really. I always put Dove conditioner on my legs & a week ago I switched to actual shaving cream & noticed the shave wasn't as smooth. Change razors, maybe it isnt sharp enough. |
How do you ensure a smooth shave every time? How do you ensure a smooth shave every time?
My steps are:
1. Shower
2. Baby oil face
3. Apply shaving cream
4. Shave with the grain then against.
5. Rinse with cold water
6. Pat dry with towel.
7. Groom with electric trimmer
8. Apply rubbing alchohol (let dry)
9. Apply small amount of baby oil.
